Awe Resort: Villas on the Beach is located on Baan Tai beach. A colorful section of the island on the southern coast of Koh Phangan, we are a 5-minute drive to Tongsala (restaurants, bars and cute stores) or a half an hour walk on a coastal beach road.
Even though our beach is gloriously quiet and secluded we still feature a partner restaurant and bar just 15 steps from the villas along a manicured beach path. Here are the highlights of our neighborhood, all within walking distance to Awe’s doorstep:
Born in Chicago, raised in small town Thailand, worked as a journalist for a US Military publication and reported from DC during the September 11 crisis. That drove me to yoga and beach life. Awe is my baby.
